All our prices to business are on a per hour basis and can include multiple jobs:

  • £70 for the first 2 hours (will cover most repairs and fixes to 1 or 2 pc's)
  • £15 per half hour after that

For large jobs or work that will take hours, days or more, please contact us for an improved quote.

Telephone & Email Support

If you have a problem you need solving but know it wont be worth calling out an engineer, or perhaps you just would like to ask how to do something or need some advice. We charge a monthly fee and offer just the service you need. Our office is not manned 24/7 and where we cant respond straight away we have a fair response and use policy and aim to have you helped as quick as we possibly can. We can also use software to gain control of your pc's and fix them while you watch. For business customers the support cost will very much vary according to factors like how many pc's & users, we use a ticket system where you pay for so many tickets per month, please contact us for a quote. Monthly business support customers receive a 10% discount on all other services.
